Concept development
Our team of specialists can assist in the stages between getting an idea to having a finished product. We can take wild and visionary ideas and turn them into tangible solutions.
Concept development is a process of evaluating proposed solutions and alternatives, and relating them to end-user needs, competition and health economic factors. We will construct concept drawings with descriptions, sketches and design input requirements in this process, but we also believe in making prototypes early on in order to feel and play around with different solution alternatives.
Cleanroom Production
Our cleanroom allows us to develop and produce products in a highly controlled environment. The standard of the cleanroom is ISO-class 8.
After many years of experience in developing medical solutions, it was a logical step in the development of Soltech to build a cleanroom. It allows us to provide our clients with demonstration models and prototypes that are useable in a clinical setting.
We make small scale production for in vivo testing, clinical studies or for market entry prior to a technology transfer to large scale production.
Injection Molding
Soltech designs and produces molds for injection molding. We offer precision injection molding in the product development stage of prototypes and small scale production.
We have available in-house: Arburg 320s and Arburg 470.
